To the Person Who Fell into Binge Eating Again: A Love Letter.

Today was a tough day. The stresses of your life circumstances got the best of you, and without thinking you went back to what you knew.

Right now, you’re probably thinking you’ve failed. You’re probably feeling like all your progress was for nothing. And you’re feeling a ton of guilt and shame.

I encourage you to get back up again.

Don’t let this one moment define your whole recovery and restoration journey.

So here’s something you can do to help you get out of your head and feel better
- go for a walk ( to clear your head)
- Drink some cold water ( I love mine with line and ginger)
- Talk to your therapist, Coach, and or a person you can trust
- Have someone you trust to pray for you
- Go into your prayer closet and sit with the Lord. Allow Him to minister to you and get your spirit strong again
- And if you had plans today/tonight, do NOT cancel them. The Last thing you need to be right now is isolated.

Whatever you do, don’t give up on yourself. It’s still a beautiful life.

With Love,
Kennedy Wren
